The Butetown Carnival is a local community reggae festival that has developed from the early sound system roots and culture of the 80's in Butetown.
One of my favourite reggae artists, it was a blessing to hear his distinctive vocals right on the steps of the Welsh Government. "Money, money,. money.. is the root of all evil"!
